Our Schools



New Cumberland is part of the West Shore School District. The West Shore District is the largest in
population in Cumberland County and it also extends into northern York County. There are eleven
elementary schools, four middle schools and two high schools. New Cumberland Borough students
attend Hillside Elementary School, New Cumberland Middle School and Cedar Cliff H.S.

In addition to the above public schools, St. Theresa Parish School is also located in New Cumberland. Founded in 1949, the accredited school offers Preschool thru Grade Eight with an enrollment of approximately 500 students.
